Cannot Print

 If you are unable to print with Design and Print Online, try the following:
  • Check that your printer is connected and is not in sleep mode.
  • If it is a wireless printer, check your wireless connection.
  • If the PDF is open and you do not see a print option on your printer window, go to printer destination and select the printer name. That should give you the option to print.
If you are still unable to print, we recommend contacting the printer manufacturer for further assistance.
